CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery, popularly abbreviated as COD, is a type of transaction where the payment is made upon arrival of purchased items.Either the business them self or specialized couriers delivery the good to your doorstep.Some important points are listed below.

  • Cash willbe collected at the time of the delivery by the dispatched rider.
  • One order value should not exceed the limit of Rs. 100,000/- (One hundred thousand only).
  • You do not have to pay extra money other than the order amount to the courier.

Bank Transfer is the most favourite payment option. It is also most easy way to transfer money from one account to another bank account.Almost all banks support internet banking. Mostly are free transfers from same bank accounts. We have 2 different Bank Accounts.

PENTAX WARRANTY POLICY

 

All PENTAX cameras purchased through authorized photographic distribution channels are guaranteed against defects of material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of purchase.  Service will be rendered, and defective parts will be replaced without cost to you within that period, provided the equipment does not show evidence of impact, sand or liquid damage, mishandling, tampering, battery or chemical corrosion, operation contrary to operating instructions, or modification by an unauthorized repair shop.  The HOPE ENTERPRISES or its authorized representatives shall not be liable for any repair or alterations except those made with its written consent and shall not be liable for damages from delay or loss of use or from other indirect or consequential damage of any kind, whether caused by defective material or workmanship or otherwise; and it is expressly agreed that the liability of the manufacturer or its representatives under all guarantees or warranties, whether expressed or implied, is strictly limited to the replacement of parts as hereinbefore provided.  No refunds will be made on repairs by non-authorized Pentax service facilities.

 

PROCEDURE DURING 12-MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD

Any PENTAX which proves defective during the 12-month warranty period should be returned to the dealer from whom you purchased the equipment or to the HOPE ENTERPRISES. If the equipment is not covered by warranty, regular charges of the HOPE ENTERPRISES or its representatives will apply.  Shipping charges are to be borne by the owner.  If your PENTAX was purchased outside of the country then HOPE ENTERPRISES would not entertain the under warranty cases in Pakistan. Before sending your equipment for servicing, please make sure that you are sending it to the HOPE ENTERPRISES office directly or its authorized representatives.  Always obtain a quotation / estimate for the service charge, and only after you accept the quoted / estimated service charge, instruct the service center to proceed with the servicing.

How should I return my repair?

  • Please ensure your product is securely packed to ensure safe transit to HOPE ENTERPRISES.
  • We recommend return via a recorded delivery service.
  • Please enclose your proof of purchase (SALES Invoice / Receipt + Warranty Card) with your product (if proof of purchase is not included may lead to an estimate being issued automatically).
  • Please provide your contact details (including address, telephone number and email address if applicable).
  • A brief description of the problem.
  • Sample images to help illustrate the problem (If necessary).

 

What happens once my repair has been received at JP Service Solutions?

  • It will be registered and allocated unique job reference.
  • Passed to a fully trained PENTAX technician for inspection.
  • Once the fault has been identified, confirmed and adheres to our Warranty conditions, it will then processed for repair.
  • If the repair is not covered under the Warranty conditions, a free of charge estimate will be sent to you for approval.
  • Should you wish to proceed with the estimate, you are requested to contact HOPE ENTERPRISES directly to arrange payment. Once payment is received, your product will be processed for repair and dispatched directly to your nominated address on completion.
  • Should you wish to decline the estimate, please contact HOPE ENTERPRISES directly to arrange the return of your product.
  • Your product will be shipped directly to your nominated address.
  • All repairs are guaranteed for 6 months.
